Flats & Co. GmbH assumed management of this project and completed a new construction project consisting of 2 plots of garden land and building land, a single-family house and two semi-detached houses, each with its own plot and garage.
The houses have a living area on the ground floor with a large terrace that leads out to the garden. In the 1 floor and in the attic are the sleeping areas and work rooms, with several sunny balconies and/or terraces, where one can enjoy the beautiful tree population and the marvelous view. There is also a cellar area where you can find a work room, a hobby room and storage facilities.
