Lankwitz’s many public parks make it one of Berlin’s greenest districts. The ten-hectare Gemeindpark community park, for example, is a popular recreation area with aviaries and game enclosures. It is just as inviting for walks as the tree-lined paths along the Teltow Canal.

From mid 2012, the ensemble of two pushed into one another building cubes will be completely renovated and carefully converted. A small office unit in the basement and eight apartments with of modern comfort are planned.
In order to preserve the character of the old/altbau building, both the historic house and apartment entrance doors and the staircase, with its sleek, turned stair railing, will all be carefully repaired.
Solid oak parquet flooring, original cassette doors and newly installed insulating glass windows with the typical old building glazing bar arrangement guarantee a feel-good atmosphere of the finest quality.
